We’ve invested significant time and effort into preparing these onboarding materials and organizing meetings—this process has taken years to refine.   1. Internship at GEOAI spans for a minimum of 90 days of hard work. You are expected to invest at least 8 hours per day; 5 days a week. If you are not ready to put this effort and impress us, then it is time to leave the room for another candidate. Reach out immediately to Dr Ghandour if you are considering not to pursue this internship anymore.

  4. We are following a hybrid attendance schedule with 3 days of presence in the Mansourieh office per week (9:00 to 17:00). Talk to Dr Ghandour if you have an issue with that.

  5. Slack is a paid service. They charge us per user. So let's benefit from this tool and ensure a very good communication level within the group. All updates should be on the channel in-thread and not through DM.

  14. Maintain a respectful and collaborative attitude at all times. Speak courteously with your supervisor and team members. Constructive feedback, active listening, and professional tone are expected in all discussions—whether in meetings, Slack, or emails. This is essential to fostering a healthy and productive team culture.

  15. Once you reach the end of your internship, you need to make sure to go through the Clearance Procedure.
